1-GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions of sale apply to orders placed on the website www.sunbox-online.com.
In order to buy products on our website, clients must be over 18 years old, or if they are under 18 years old, they must have authorisation from their legal guardian and registered on the website.
This contract will be formalized in Spanish and regulated under Spanish legislation, included in the Royal Decree 1/2007 on 16 of November which approves the updated text of the General Law for the Customer and Users rights (“Ley del Consumidor”) and the law 34/2002 on 11 of July, relating to Information Society Services and Electronic Comerce (“LSSI”).
2. SELLER IDENTIFICATION
The seller is SUNBOX DISTRIBUTION, S.L., a Spanish company located in C/ Francesc Macià, 39-41, 05830 La Garriga (Barcelona), identity number: B63135172.
All of the information about the products can be found on the website, sold according to the articles 60, 63 and 97 of the Consumer Law and the articles 27 and 28 of the LSSI.
We will take all reasonable precautions to ensure that all of the details, descriptions and images of the products that appear on the website will be correct at the time of introducing them into the system. However, we do not guarantee that this information will be exact, complete, reliable, up-to-date or free of error.
All product prices indicated on the Website are in Euros and do not include VAT. The VAT will be applied at the end of the shopping process, to the total amount of your basket at the current rate. The transport and/or handling costs will be added separately to the total amount.
We regularly check the product prices on the website; however, we cannot guarantee there will be no errors. In case a pricing error is detected, the client can choose between buying the product at the correct price or cancelling the order.
5-PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order the client should follow a series of basic instructions that appear on the website.
5.1 First of all, the client should select the desired product and quantity and then click on “Add to your basket”. Clients are then able to check the contents of their basket by clicking on the item listed as “X items” in the “Your basket” box at the top right of the page.
5.2 Clients can buy items by choosing either “Express checkout” (which does not require registration) or “Register” (which saves time for future orders).
5.3 By confirming the order, the client declares that they have read all of the instructions given throughout the ordering process and accepts all of the Terms and Conditions. The client confirms the order on the website by clicking on the “Go to checkout” button.
5.4 Once the order has been confirmed, a confirmation page will appear with the message “Thank you for your order/purchase”. The client will also receive an email confirming receipt of this order. According to article 60 of the Consumer Law and article 28 of the LSSI, the confirmation email contains a summary of Terms and Conditions, the main characteristics of the products, a breakdown of the individual costs, payment method and shipping method.
5.5 If the confirmation email is not received within 24H hours of placing an order (not including public holidays and festivals), the client can contact customer services for assistance at the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org. In case there are any doubts about the ordering process, or you would like to check information regarding a previous order, you can contact us at the aforementioned email address or call +34 861 32 83. For a fast service we advice customers to have their order number available.
We accept the following forms of payment:
6.1 Credit Card

Payment will be taken when you place the order.
For the security of the client, the name and billing address of the client must be the same as the ones used for the credit card. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not satisfy this criterion.
All credit cards are subject to security checks which are undertaken by the relevant banks for the purpose of validation and authorization. If the credit card is denied or not authorised for any reason during or following the payment process, we do not accept any responsibility for delays or undelivered goods as a result.
Paypal connects your debit and credit card, and your bank account with your Paypal account. Paypal does not additional costs except in the conversion of currencies.
6.3 Bank transfer
If you choose the bank transfer option, once you have made the payment, you should send the receipt of payment, with the order number included, to FAX: +34 938795400 or by e-mail to email@example.com. Remember to specify the order number.

Once we have received payment or a receipt, your order will be processed.
6.4 Collection from warehouse
Clients can pay for their order in person in cash or by credit card when it is collected from the warehouse. This type of payment must be selected at the moment of placing the order and the client must provide the exact amount of cash.
7-Additional help with your orders
7.1 Generally, the products are sent within a few working days of Sunbox receiving an order. For further information about your order, contact us on TEL: 93.8613283 or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
7.2 By creating an account with Sunbox Online, you can check the status of your orders in “MY ORDERS” which can be found by clicking on “MY ACCOUNT” and signing in. This is the easiest and quickest way to check the current status of your orders.
7.3 When you click on “TRACK YOUR ORDER” you will be asked for your e-mail address and password. On your dashboard page you can find detailed information about you current and previous orders. Once we have sent your order, a tracking number may be found on this page if one has been provided.
7.4 Occasionally, the system cancels order or parts of orders for various reasons. Some of these might be:
Items not available
Unable to process payment information
Unable to deliver to the address provided
Duplication of orders
Cancelation by client
7.5 In case the order is cancelled, the client will receive an email explaining the reasons for the cancelation. The client does not have to pay for the cancelled orders. If the client is interested in placing a new order or if they have any doubts about a cancelled order, they can contact us on TEL: 93.8613283 or by e-mail at email@example.com.
8-Shipment and delivery
8.1 Orders will be processed, picked and sent during working days (from Monday to Friday, not including public holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following working day.
8.2 Sunbox will not process orders with a P.O. box address.
8.3 Transport costs will be paid by the client and will be included on the invoice. The order will be received within 2 to 3 working days for deliveries within Spain. These delivery dates may be altered for zones that are difficult to access (e.g. mountain areas or small islands).
For international shipments the delivery date is normally between 3 to 7 working days. These delivery dates may be altered depending on the country of destination.
Normally, all the products are sent in the same shipment.
All purchases are subject to an authorization check by the bank. Orders will only be processed following authorization. If the order cannot be processed, the client will receive a notification e-mail

8.4 In accordance with article 103 of the General Law for the Customer and Users rights (“Ley del Consumidor”), products must be delivered within 30 days of the client placing the order, unless Sunbox notifies the client within these 30 days, by phone or email, that the products are not available or temporarily out of stock.
8.5 Clients can select the option “Collection from warehouse”. The address of our warehouse is:

For order collections from the warehouse the client must first receive notification e-mail confirming that the order is ready for collection. The notification also includes your collection number. We do not guarantee that your order will be ready for collection before the notification e-mail has been sent with your collection number.
9.1 If the product is faulty, clients have the right to ask for it to be repaired or replaced, at no extra cost, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. If this is not possible, the client can ask for a reasonable reduction in price or cancel the order. The client gives up their rights, as previously described, if they do not notify Sunbox of any faulty products within 7 working days of receiving them. Following this notification, the client then has a maximum of 30 days to provide the necessary information and evidence in relation to this complaint.
9.2 Incidents during transport
At the moment the client receives an order, they must ensure that the goods are in perfect condition. If this is not the case, the client should write this in the transport agency delivery note in order for Sunbox to take the appropriate actions. Sunbox informs its clients that transport agencies do not take responsibility for any incidents that are not reflected in the driver’s delivery note once they have left.
10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
10.1 The present terms and conditions are regulated by Spanish legislation and should be interpreted in relation to Spanish laws.
10.2 Any client who breaks the Terms and Conditions agreement any will be subject to legal procedures in the courts of Granollers (Barcelona, España).
